Capitol Insight Alerts

The Better Ticketing Association (BTA) has created the Capitol Insight alert to assist our members with staying in touch on important legislative and regulatory changes that affect their businesses.

The Capitol Insight alert will be sent out periodically as issues arise in each of the states or in the nation’s capitol. Each Capitol Insight alert will include information about the bill or regulation that affects the broker community and what actions, if any, need to be taken. The alerts are intended to provoke action in the broker community and to create positive legislative or regulatory outcomes. If you ever see an issue involving legislation or regulatory issues that will affect the secondary ticketing industry, please feel free to contact us so that we can share those important updates with the rest of the BTA community.
